We are Elena and Maria, the founders of Allure Salon and Spa and creators of Allure Academy. Before Allure, we worked in the Education Industry, where Elena successfully owned and operated an RTO for 6 years. We then began developing education resources. Our passion for education is what led us to opening Allure Salon and Spa, with a strong focus on  training and mentoring. We wanted to make a difference in the industry, and provide a more person centered approach when it comes to learning. Being located in the heart of Mornington, on the Peninsula, it is the perfect location to begin your hair journey or build on your current skills. So here we are....
